Fresco, ceramic, stoneware, architectural fragments. 2024-25

This installation draws on Greco-Roman forms and processes of material erosion to examine the aesthetics of collapse as both historical artifact and contemporary condition. Through fresco, ceramic vessels, and sculptural fragments, the work assembles a speculative archaeology where empire, myth, and entropy converge.

By embracing entropy as both method and metaphor, the work reflects on what survives the breakdown of systems and how material culture bears witness to cultural decline.
